Maassh Media is looking for a full-time Social Media Manager who can take complete ownership of client accounts. This role requires someone who can handle clients, manage content, coordinate shoots, and work closely with the internal team to deliver consistent, high-quality social media results.
If you understand social media beyond posting — and can manage execution end-to-end — this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle assigned clients as the main point of contact.
- Content Planning & Execution.
- Create weekly and monthly content calendars.
- Shoot Coordination-Plan shoot briefs (concepts, references, talking points).
- Maintain page hygiene (bio, highlights, grid consistency).
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with internal team and freelancers.
- Follow up on deliverables and deadlines.
Skills & Requirements
- 1–2 years experience in social media or digital agency
- Strong understanding of Instagram
- Knowledge of reels trends, hooks & storytelling
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
- Highly organised, proactive & deadline-driven
- Comfortable handling multiple clients
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
