We are looking for a Workday Trainer with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in Workday to deliver practical, industry-oriented training. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Workday modules, excellent communication skills, and the ability to mentor students or professionals through real-time scenarios and projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver instructor-led training on Workday concepts and modules.
- Conduct practical sessions, assignments, and real-time case studies.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, and assessments.
- Guide learners in completing hands-on exercises and projects.
- Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Keep course content updated with the latest Workday features and industry practices.
- Assist students with interview preparation and career guidance.
