Mela Fine Foods is a premium brand of carnival foods launched to standardize taste and hygiene of street food in India.

We are looking for a hustler, a self starter who can wear multiple hats and help build the category with creative story telling and unlock growth for our brand .

Key responsibilities Include

- Managing , setting up and reviewing of all processes requiring our food carts to be operational.
- Developing and executing processes for QC, channel and distribution of our food to multiple locations
- Ensuring standards are adhered to for quality and hygiene
- Team building for both offline and online channels bringing in people aligned with our culture and mindset.
- Develop strategy to drive the brand story , work with multiple teams/agencies to ensure quality of content and brand narrative through all our marketing initiatives
- Work with Ops team for operations across locations to ensure smooth delivery of the product and a pleasant customer experience.
- Building networks and identify recent product opportunities. Managing relationships with key vendors and doing proper competitive research to ensure relevancy and competitiveness.




- Identifying opportunities and channels both online and offline and ensuring strong partner relationships and setting up the right teams for engagement
- Addressing growth levers and setting targets to develop informal channels for growth

You are someone ...

- From a reputed institute, preferably but not necessarily an MBA / post grad from hospitality background
- Have a minimum 5 years of hands on experience driving business growth , handling P&L; and or running own food brands / restaurants .
- A self starter, with a natural ability to tell a story, and a fiercely entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger for ownership.
- Have good interpersonal skills and the ability to work cohesively with other stakeholders and manage a team with respect.
- Have excellent visual, verbal and written communication and a keen eye for design.
- Have an affinity towards acute problem solving and an aching need to work towards a better, cleaner world.
