Chapter2Drip is looking for a hands-on Social Media Manager to own and grow our presence across all social media platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands streetwear culture, internet trends, and how to translate a brand's voice into platform-native content that drives engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and execute the content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, Websites, and other relevant platforms

- Manage day-to-day posting, stories, reels, and community engagement

- Stay on top of trends, audio, and formats relevant to streetwear and fashion audiences, and adapt them quickly for the brand

- Coordinate with the design and content teams for creative assets and shoots

- Track platform-wise performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions) and report on them regularly

- Manage influencer and creator collaborations in coordination with the brand team

- Monitor DMs, comments, and community queries,



ensuring timely and on-brand responses

- Keep abreast of platform algorithm changes and adjust strategy accordingly

Requirements & Skills

- 2-3 years of experience managing social media for a brand, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or D2C

- Working knowledge of managing and growing accounts across Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and other social platforms

- Strong understanding of content trends, short-form video, and platform-specific best practices

- Basic proficiency with content scheduling and analytics tools

- Excellent written communication and an eye for brand-consistent visual content

Ability to work independently and move fast in a startup setting

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
