Job Description

Role: AI/ML Developer (with Computer Vision Expertise)

Experience Required: 5+ Years

Location: Pune

Employment Type: Full time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate AI/ML Developer with over 5+ years of experience, including hands

on expertise in Computer Vision Engineering. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy

machine learning models and computer vision solutions to solve real-world problems across various

domains.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement machine learning and deep learning models.
- Design and deploy computer vision algorithms for image classification, object detection,





segmentation, OCR, and video analytics.

- Pre process and annotate image/video datasets for training and evaluation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into production

systems.

- Optimize models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
- Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in AI/ML and computer vision.
- Document model architecture, training procedures, and deployment workflows.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related

field.

- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with at least 3+ year in computer

vision projects.

- Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, and scikit-learn.
- Experience with image processing, feature extraction, and deep learning architectures (CNNs,

GANs, etc.).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment tools (Docker,

Kubernetes).

- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistics.
- Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative development tools.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with real-time video processing and edge deployment.
- Knowledge of 3D vision, SLAM, or AR/VR technologies.
- Familiarity with annotation tools and dataset management platforms.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
