Professional & Technical Skills:

- Solid understanding of compensation management processes and their integration within enterprise systems.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors Compensation modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into technical solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and sustainable solutions.
