Job Description: CRE / RM – Professional Loan

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive / Relationship Manager to manage professional loan products (e.g., loans for doctors, CA/CS, architects, engineers, etc.). The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing clients, building strong relationships, and driving disbursals while ensuring excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new customers for professional loan products
Understand the financial needs of professionals (doctors, CAs, etc.) and offer suitable loan solutions
Collect and verify required documents for loan processing
Ensure accurate and timely submission of loan applications




Maintain regular follow-up with clients throughout the loan approval and disbursement process
Achieve monthly disbursal targets and ensure quality sourcing
Maintain solid post-sales relationships to build customer loyalty
Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth processing
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Prepare MIS and reports on leads, conversions, and portfolio performance

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in loans or financial services (preferably skilled loans)
Robust communication, sales, and negotiation skills
Knowledge of loan documentation, eligibility, and compliance norms
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings
