Job Description:

Procurement & Vendor Management
• Identify and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed.
• Negotiate contracts, payment terms, and cost-saving strategies.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and onboard recent suppliers.
• Purchase Order Management
• Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) based on business requirements.
• Ensure timely approval and follow up on PO execution.
• Coordinate with accounts for invoice clearance and payments.
• Inventory & Material Planning
• Monitor stock levels and ensure the timely availability of materials.
• Work closely with the production and warehouse teams to optimize inventory.
• Cost Control & Budgeting
• Analyze purchase costs and find cost-effective procurement strategies.
• Assist in preparing annual procurement budgets and tracking expenses.
• Supplier Compliance & Quality Assurance




• Ensure all purchased goods comply with company quality standards.
• Address supplier issues and maintain proper documentation for audits.
• Coordination & Reporting
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth procurement operations.
• Maintain records of purchase orders, contracts, and supplier performance.

• Generate reports on purchase activities, cost savings, and supplier evaluations.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Robust negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Knowledge of procurement best practices and ERP systems.
• Ability to handle multiple suppliers and prioritize urgent requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and procurement software.
