Job Description: About the Role:

We are looking for a agile and experienced Store Manager from the jewellery industry to lead our showroom operations at HSR Layout. The ideal candidate should have solid retail experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage sales, staff, and store performance efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the jewellery showroom.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Ensure an exceptional customer experience and handle client queries effectively.
Supervise and motivate sales staff to deliver top performance.
Maintain visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
Manage stock levels, inventory control, and product displays.
Ensure billing accuracy and cash handling as per company policies.
Track sales reports, analyze performance,



and share insights with management.
Handle customer relationship management and repeat business initiatives.
Ensure adherence to company SOPs, compliance, and safety standards.

Requirements:
Qualification: Graduate (preferred in Business/Retail Management or related field).
Experience: Minimum 5 years in jewellery retail (mandatory).
Solid leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent product knowledge of gold, diamond, and other jewellery categories.
Hands-on experience with POS systems, billing software, and MS Excel.
Customer-focused mindset with proven sales management abilities.
