We are looking for an experienced Plant Head to lead overall plant operations with robust expertise in forging, fabrication, and electronics-based manufacturing. The role involves managing production, quality, maintenance, and safety while driving process improvements and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end plant operations and teams.
Oversee forging, fabrication, and electronic systems in manufacturing.
Drive productivity, quality, and cost optimization.
Ensure preventive maintenance and equipment performance.
Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Requirements:
15+ years’ manufacturing experience with 5+ years as Plant Head.
Robust expertise in forging & fabrication processes.
Knowledge of electronics/automation/EMS industries preferred.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
