Job Purpose: Ensure quality of Aluminum Die-Cast Rotors and Built-up Rotor assemblies (Rib Shaft, Brazed, Shaft Drop) through inspection, testing, and customer quality management.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform in-process and final inspection of Aluminum Die-Cast Rotors.
Conduct rotor testing: conductivity, growler testing, and balancing verification.
Monitor rejection, perform root cause analysis, and implement CAPA.
Handle current sample inspection, FAI preparation, and customer approvals.
Inspect Built-up Rotors: Rib Shaft, Brazed, and Shaft Drop assemblies.
Verify brazing quality, shaft fitment, alignment, and assembly parameters.
Perform and verify balancing of shafts and rotor assemblies.
Handle customer complaints, visits, and CAPA closure.
Manage sales return rework and coordinate resupply.
Plan inspection activities and manpower allocation for shifts.
Ensure timely clearance of inspected material for dispatch.
Qualifications: Diploma / B.E. Mechanical with 5–10 years’ experience in rotor / die casting / assembly quality.
