Job Description:

POSITION: Senior Manager- PMS Operations (Wealth Spectrum is must)
Reports to (Position): EVP-Investment Operations (Dotted reporting to VP Investment Operations)
Business Unit: Investment Service FTE:
Location: Mumbai
Education Background Chartered Accountant

Key Responsibilities

PMS Domestic Operation:

 Fund Accounting – Operations viz. Subscription, Redemption & Trade Settlement
 Accounting of Corporate Action viz. Dividend, Bonus, Rights
 Bank Reconciliation / Holding Reconciliation
 Account opening and KYC processing
 Liaising with auditors (Internal & Statutory) with respect to providing data as per requirement
 Client & distributor query resolution
 Distributor commission working, Performance fee working
 Client account audit completion, providing data for audit, query solving
 MIS preparation on monthly or at required frequency, EOD & BOD activities,



preparing Peak margin instructions
 Regulatory & compliance reporting on monthly, quarterly, and other regular frequency

Offshore Operation:

 Computation of advisory fees on the basis of specific rates
 MIS preparation including returns calculation for specific period, Average AUM etc

Key Requirements

Knowledge of settlement, AUM calculation, KYC documentation, brokerage calculation, distributor & broker empanelment, Regulatory reporting, PMLA guidelines, Regulatory guidelines (SEBI, APMI), etc. Should be familiar with “Wealth Spectrum”
