Role Description The Front Office Executive role at The Prime Park is a full time, on-site position based in Amravati. The person in this role will manage the reception area, greet and assist guests, handle check-in and check-out procedures, and respond to inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email. Daily responsibilities include maintaining guest records, coordinating with housekeeping and other departments, managing reservations, and ensuring that the front desk and lobby remain organized and presentable. The Front Office Executive will also handle basic administrative tasks, resolve guest concerns promptly, and support overall guest satisfaction and smooth front office operations.





Solid customer service and front office skills, including the ability to manage guest interactions and reception desk operations.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage professionally with guests, colleagues, and management.
Experience with receptionist duties such as answering calls, managing appointments or reservations, and handling inquiries.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with office software or property management systems.
Prior experience in hospitality or front office roles is mandatory.
additional hospitality or administrative training is an advantage.
