Job Description:

Position: General Manager - Operations

Location: Daman

Experience: 10 - 13 Years

Industries: Plastic

Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for factory operations — production, quality, dispatch, HR, admin
Set and monitor production targets, budgets, and cost control
Oversee coordination between all departments (production, quality, planning, dispatch, HR)
Drive operational efficiency and process improvements across the facility
Handle vendor/supplier relationships and raw material procurement oversight
Ensure compliance with factory laws, safety norms, and statutory requirements
Report to management/ownership on performance, issues, and growth plans
Manage manpower planning, staffing levels,



and departmental heads
Resolve escalated operational or interdepartmental issues
Drive strategic decisions — capacity expansion, recent equipment, cost optimization

Required Skills:

Organizing.
Valuable in communication.

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation

Salary :- Upto 24.00 LPA
