Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Production Editor – Total Service with a solid background in book publishing and project management. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end production workflows, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and smooth coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end book production from manuscript to final delivery.
Plan, schedule, and track project timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
Coordinate with authors, editors, copy editors, typesetters, and vendors.
Oversee copyediting, proofreading, typesetting, and quality checks.
Ensure adherence to client specifications, style guides, and quality standards.
Monitor project progress and proactively resolve risks and bottlenecks.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously with effective prioritization.
Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders and provide status updates.
Ensure productive utilization of resources and optimize workflows.
