Permanent Responsibilities:
Responsible for Operation & cleaning of equipment’s in tablet coating section, capsule check weigher and inspection.
Follow the Current valuable manufacturing practices & safety guidelines. Ensure to follow SOP instructions.
Maintain the personnel hygiene and ensure cleanliness at shop floor.
Handling production in-process instruments & performing of in-process checks.
Verifying the material availability of products and inform the material status to section in-charge.
Maintaining the Online documentation, log books, BMR entries.
Responsible for Storage of Bulk & finished products & status labelling of in process materials and production equipment’s.
Perform the daily cleaning of production cubicles and perform the Daily/Trimonthly calibration of weighing balances as per SOP.




Verifying and intimation to engineering department the needs of production equipment spare parts, preventive maintenance and break downs.
Reporting of incident/ deviation to Head Production during the manufacturing/Packing process.
Follow and ensure the compliance data integrity throughout the process & procedure.
Co-ordination with all concern CFT departments for smooth functioning of production activities.
Responsible for preparation, issue and control of cleaning & disinfectant solutions.
Ensure that all the production equipment’s are in valid state with respect to Calibration/Preventive Maintenance/Cleaning prior to usage for any manufacturing/packing process.
Responsible for any other activities assigned by Section in charge.
