We are seeking a agile and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are passionate about building a career in human resources and recruitment.

Responsibilities
Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements of each role and develop job descriptions.
Manage the recruitment process from screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates and industry contacts.
Track and report on recruitment metrics to improve the hiring process.

Skills and Qualifications
Solid understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with social media recruiting techniques.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India.
