Job Description & Summary: We are looking for a seasoned – AI/ML/GenAI Developer

Responsibilities:

- Design and implement AI/ML/GenAI models

- Strong programming skills in Python, R etc

- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

- Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.

- Develop and deploy generative AI solutions to solve complex business problems and improve operational efficiency.

- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers,



and product teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Optimize and fine-tune machine learning models for performance and scalability.

- Ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of AI/ML solutions by adhering to best practices.

- Maintain and update existing AI/ML models to ensure they meet evolving business needs.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and GenAI technologies and integrate relevant innovations into our solutions.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a rapid-paced, collaborative environment.

- Good to have AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty or other relevant AWS certifications.

Mandatory skill sets:

(AWS, Azure, GCP) services such as GCP BigQuery, Dataform AWS Redshift, Python
