We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Tech Lead with over 8 years of expertise in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade web applications. The ideal candidate will have a robust foundation in Java, Spring Boot, AWS Cloud, and modern UI technologies. This role involves leading development teams, driving technical solutions, and ensuring high-quality software delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and cloud-native applications.
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Design and implement scalable and secure web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and AWS.
Drive technical solutions and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.
Collaborate with product owners, designers,
and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance product offerings.
Mandatory Skills
Solid foundation in Full Stack development.
Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
Experience with AWS Cloud services.
Familiarity with contemporary UI technologies (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
Proven experience in leading development teams and driving technical solutions.
Preferred Skills
Experience with microservices architecture.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Understanding of Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Java, AWS, or Full Stack development are a plus.
