Job Description:

Position: HR Head

Location: Goregaon - Mumbai

Experience: 4 - 5 Years

Industries: Plastic

Responsibilities:
Oversee HR strategy, policies, and processes across the entire organisation
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning for all departments
Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and disciplinary matters at all levels
Design and implement performance management systems
Ensure statutory compliance (labour laws, PF, ESI, Factory Act, etc.) organisation-wide
Oversee payroll, compensation, and advantages structure
Drive employee engagement, training, and development initiatives
Manage the HR budget and the HR team (including Factory HR)
Handle senior-level hiring and organisational structuring




Report to management on HR metrics, workforce planning, and organisational health
Build and maintain company culture, policies, and the employee handbook

Required Skills:

Organizing.
Valuable in communication.

Required Qualification: - BBA/MBA - HR

Salary :- Upto 6.00 LPA
