Job Description: Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and agile Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize the end-to-end logistics operations for our solar power projects. The ideal candidate will ensure timely procurement, transportation, and delivery of solar components, manage warehouse operations, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to support large-scale solar installations.

Key Responsibilities
Logistics Planning & Coordination
Develop and implement logistics strategies for solar project sites.
Plan and monitor inbound and outbound transportation of solar modules, inverters, mounting structures, and other materials.
Coordinate with vendors, freight forwarders, and transporters to ensure cost-effective and timely deliveries.
Supply Chain & Inventory Management
Oversee warehouse management, material handling, and storage of solar equipment.




Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure proper documentation.
Track material movement from suppliers to project sites and manage logistics KPIs.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, import/export documentation, and statutory compliances.
Manage insurance, customs clearance, and transportation permits where applicable.
Team & Vendor Management
Lead and mentor logistics and warehouse teams.
Evaluate and negotiate with logistics service providers for best rates and service quality.
Cost Optimization & Reporting
Monitor logistics costs and identify areas for cost reduction without compromising quality.
Prepare regular logistics reports, dashboards, and analysis for management review.
