Management Information System (MIS) / Business Intelligence
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Data Analyst to collect, clean, analyze, and interpret business data. The ideal candidate will support decision-making by creating reports, dashboards, and actionable insights related to sales, production, inventory, and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.
Analyze sales, production, inventory, and distributor data.
Create daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Develop interactive dashboards using Power BI.
Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Charts, Lookup Functions).
Identify business trends and provide actionable insights.
Monitor data accuracy and resolve inconsistencies.
Support management with data-driven recommendations.
Generate KPI reports for various departments.
Work closely with Sales, Production, Finance, and HR teams.
Maintain documentation for reports and data processes.
Assist in data automation and process improvement initiatives.
