Machine Operation: Set up and operate flexographic (Flexo) printing machines, such as Topra, T1, or RS4 models.
Job Setup: Fix printing plates, adjust rollers, and configure machine parameters according to specific job requirements.
Quality Control: Monitor print quality for color accuracy, alignment, sharpness, and consistency throughout the production run.
Material Management: Prepare and manage inks, solvents, and substrates; load paper or corrugated boards into the machine.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning (ink, rollers, plates), and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
Record Keeping: Maintain daily production logs, including quantities produced, wastage tracked, and machine performance data
