Job Description:

Position: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Production
Location: Kathua
Department: Production

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee shop-floor execution and ensure smooth production operations.
Manage shift control, manpower allocation, and production targets.
Monitor and maintain efficiency to achieve desired output and quality standards.
Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality parameters, and safety norms.
Coordinate with the maintenance and quality teams to minimize downtime.
Possess working knowledge of Convertex machines/processes.
Prepare and maintain daily production and performance reports.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance productivity.

Desired Candidate Profile:
B.Tech in Mechanical or related field.
5–8 years of experience in a manufacturing / production setup.
Solid leadership and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience in shift management and shop-floor supervision.
Familiarity with Convertex operations will be an added advantage.
