Job Purpose

The STEM Trainer/PRT Science teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, hands-on STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) learning experiences for students of Grades III–IX. The role focuses on nurturing curiosity, creativity, critical thinking, problem-solving, and innovation through project-based and experiential learning.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching & Learning
Conduct interactive STEM sessions for students of Grades III–IX.
Integrate technology and real-world applications into classroom learning.
Prepare annual, monthly, and weekly lesson plans.
Develop engaging learning modules, worksheets, presentations, and assessment tools.
Align STEM activities with NEP 2020 and competency-based learning practices.




Maintain the STEM laboratory, equipment, robotics kits, coding devices, and other instructional resources.
Mentor students for STEM exhibitions, science fairs, innovation challenges, Olympiads, robotics competitions, and coding contests

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Science .
B.Ed. is preferred but not mandatory.
Certifications in Robotics, Coding, AI, IoT, Design Thinking, or STEM Education will be an added advantage.

Experience
Freshers with a robust passion for STEM education are encouraged to apply.
Prior teaching or training experience in STEM, robotics, coding, or science activities will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
