From the beginning work distribution for fitters assembly planning work.
inward machine body buffing inspection and shifting work, all machine cover buffing inspection work, cover sorting, cover stretch rolling and place it to standardize place.
machine body assembly planning and machine body assembly planning.
taking follow-up from the purchase/planning department for sort material.
material issue slip and slot issue list generated.
machine ready setup check as per sop.
after machine wiring machine trial and error check. all electrical components working checking.
machine pre-inspection planning for machine dispatch.
qc inspection filling work with attaching required documents and qc machine labelling work.
Sometimes machine programming works, pre-programming in a delta/schneider set.
whenever fitters get stuck in their assemblies, problem checking and required setup taking for the solution
parts are short in the machine, in this condition this part of pending work is completed by us due to machine urgency.
for machine wiring electrical components check/sorting & send to respective vendors
