Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites.
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Manage and coordinate site manpower, including labour and subcontractors.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for smooth project execution.
Handle procurement and purchasing of construction materials as per site requirements.
Conduct field inspections and resolve in office technical issues.
Maintain site records, reports, and work progress documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Assist in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for project activities.
Coordinate with management and other departments for project-related requirements.

Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of civil construction practices and site management.
Strong manpower handling and team coordination skills.




Experience in contractor management and vendor coordination will be an advantage.
Knowledge of material procurement and purchasing processes – preferred .
Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and specifications.
Positive communication and reporting skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic project documentation.

Eligibility Criteria
Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of experience in civil construction/site supervision.
Willingness to travel and work at project sites.
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
