Assist the Restaurant Manager in supervising daily operations and ensuring smooth, efficient service delivery
Lead, motivate, and mentor staff to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service
Manage inventory, coordinate orders, and implement cost control measures to optimize profitability and minimize waste
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with empathy and professionalism, resolving issues promptly and transparently
Ensure strict compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe,



and organized working environment
Participate actively in menu planning, development, and implementation of new culinary initiatives
Assist in staff scheduling, onboarding, training programs, and performance evaluations to build a solid team
Step in for the Restaurant Manager when necessary, demonstrating confident leadership and decisive decision-making
Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house teams to ensure timely, quality food preparation and service
Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and operational metrics to identify trends and suggest strategic improvements
Foster an inclusive, positive, and collaborative work culture that values each team member's contributions
Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with suppliers to ensure quality products and competitive pricing
Customize service experiences based on guest preferences and cultural considerations, particularly for our diverse international clientele
