AR Caller - Sr. Associate
Job Description
Should have overall experience of 2 to 4 years minimum.
Should possess good knowledge of Athena systems especially ETM workflow, Athena One, CPS, Legacy systems, PCS etc.
Good analytical skills required.
Good communication skills
Should be adaptable to work from office as well as home, based on process requirement.
Should be versatile to learn / explore recent opportunities.
Roles and Responsibilities
Primary responsibility of a Sr. Associate would be achieving daily KRA's assigned to him / her not limited to following –
Production – Review of claims to liquidate and resolve outstanding AR or denials.
Quality – Complete production with minimal deviation or
TOS – Need to adhere to shift schedule, productive time on system.
