Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Jira Developer / Administrator for a short-term engagement at our Bangalore office. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Jira development and administration, with a solid ability to create and manage dashboards, workflows, custom fields, automation rules, and CI/CD pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, configure, and maintain Jira projects, workflows, permissions, and custom fields.




Develop and manage Jira dashboards and advanced reporting capabilities.
Create and manage automations, integrations, and scripts to optimize Jira usage.
Implement and support CI/CD pipelines as related to Jira and connected tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and support users with Jira-related queries.
Collaborate with development, DevOps, and PMO teams to ensure Jira aligns with business needs.
Required Skills:
3+ years of experience in Jira administration and development.
Proficiency in creating custom workflows, schemes, and automation rules.
Experience with Jira plugins/add-ons (e.g., ScriptRunner, Automation for Jira).
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and pipeline integration (e.g., Jenkins, Bitbucket).
Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Location Requirement:
This is an onsite role based in our Bangalore office.
