Analyses business requirements and designs user-friendly interfaces to ensure seamless user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze
business requirements
to design seamless and effective user experiences.
Conduct
user interviews
and research to understand user needs and pain points.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define UX goals and product functionality.
Create wireframes, user flows, and mockups using tools such as
Figma
.
Ensure
responsive UX design
that works across devices and screen sizes.
Work closely with developers to communicate design specifications effectively.
Understand and work with
low-code platforms
to guide feasible implementations.
Apply
Agile practices
to ensure iterative delivery of UX enhancements.
Maintain a basic understanding of
HTML, CSS, and JavaScript




to bridge communication with the development team.
Required Skills:
Robust background in
business analysis and UX design
Experience in
user research, interviews, and usability testing
Proficiency in
design tools
(e.g., Figma, Adobe XD)
Understanding of
low-code platforms
and how UX translates within them
Familiarity with
responsive web design principles
Positive communication skills with a basic awareness of
front-end technologies
(HTML/CSS/JS)
Experience working in
Agile/Scrum
environments
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers and product owners
Ability to transform business goals into functional design deliverables
