Requirements
Mandatory Skills:
5 + years' experience in MS Dynamics
CRM
Experience working as Sr D365 Developer
for at least two complete CRM implementation.
Positive experience working on Power Apps
and Power Automate.
Good experience integrating with
external systems using Azure APIM or similar middleware.
Good experience creating Web Api, Logic
Apps, Azure Functions for integrating with various external and internal
systems.
Experience working on SSRS/Power BI
reports and dashboards.
Positive hands on experience working on Customer
Service modules.
Advising on best practices for CRM
development or integration processes.
Experience in Managing client
communication and delegating tasks and responsibilities to appropriate
personnel, including managing client expectations,



foreseeing risks and
reporting them
Writing Technical specifications.
Experience with source control
management systems and continuous integration/deployment
