Job Summary

INA Solar is a leading solar PV module manufacturer committed to delivering innovative and sustainable energy solutions. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Intern to join our IT team and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Support user account creation, password resets, and access management.
- Help maintain IT assets and inventory records.
- Troubleshoot operating system, email, and application-related issues.
- Assist in software installation, updates, and system maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve day-to-day IT support requests.
- Document technical issues and maintain support logs.
- Follow IT security policies and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Support IT projects and other departmental initiatives as assigned.

Required Skills

- Recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, networking, Windows operating systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and IT support processes.
- Knowledge of basic networking concepts will be an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and tools.

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, or basic networking concepts is a plus.
- Exposure to remote desktop tools or IT ticketing systems will be an advantage.
