Aufgaben

Job Responsibilities :

- Responsible for the operation of the system and record any problems that occur
- Ensure rapid problem resolution in close cooperation with participating third parties
- Proactively follow the solution progress of incidents
- Responsible for the monitoring and the analysis of possible sources of error
- keep stakeholders up-to-date on system-relevant incidents
- Follow established processes such as Incident Management and Change Request Management
- Evangelize best practices and methodologies
- Identify opportunities to automate processes and procedures
- Cultivate relationships with developers, engineers, and other technology partners to understand their infrastructure needs and deliver solutions
- Provide mentorship and technical direction to associate team-members

Qualifikationen





Mandatory Requirements :

- Expert knowledge and hands on experience with CI-CD tool chains. E.g. Git, Jenkins, SonarQube, Artifactory, Ansible etc.
- Expert knowledge and hands on experience with Linux OS
- Expert knowledge and hands on experience with Middleware Management. E.g. WebSphere, JBoss, MQ
- Good knowledge on RDBMS (DB2/PostgreSQL)

Nice To have :

- Experience of Agile/SCRUM way of working
- Knowledge on Cloud & Container
- Knowledge of Java / J2EE & JavaScripts
