About the Role

We are looking for an AI Operations Associate who is passionate about leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and streamline day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with AI platforms and possess strong research, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Utilize AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, DeepSeek, Grok and Perplexity for various business tasks.
- Conduct online research and prepare concise summaries and reports.
- Create presentations, documents, SOPs, and other business materials with the help of AI.
- Assist in operational and administrative activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and enhance productivity.
- Draft emails, internal communications, and other professional documents.
- Stay updated with the latest AI tools and industry developments.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 year of professional experience.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini,



or similar platforms.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong internet research and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

- Candidates with certifications or courses in Artificial Intelligence, Prompt Engineering, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields will be preferred.
- BCA, B.Tech, B.Sc. (CS/IT), MCA, or candidates with AI-related certifications will have an added advantage.
- Experience using tools such as Notion, Canva, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Office is a plus.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
