Role Overview

We are looking for an E-Commerce Business Associate to manage client marketplace accounts, support e-commerce operations, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage e-commerce marketplace accounts for clients.
- Coordinate with clients and understand their business requirements.
- Resolve client queries and ensure timely support.
- Assist in product listings, promotions, and marketplace activities.




- Monitor account performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of tasks.
- Maintain reports, records, and account documentation.

Requirements

- 0–3 years of experience in E-commerce, Client Servicing, or Account Management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive understanding of online marketplaces and e-commerce operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
