Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to oversee residential interior projects from site execution to final handover. The ideal candidate will coordinate with designers, vendors, installation teams, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Study work orders, drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
- Plan and monitor daily site execution activities.
- Conduct site measurements and verify site readiness.
- Coordinate with designers, factory, logistics, vendors, and installation teams.
- Ensure timely material dispatch and installation.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and timelines.
- Resolve site issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project updates.
- Collect stage-wise and final payments as per company policy.




- Complete project handover and obtain customer feedback.
- Submit daily and weekly project status reports.

Eligibility

- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 2–6 years of experience in residential interior project execution.
- Experience in modular home interiors is preferred.
