Key Responsibilities

- Guidance & Support: Mentor individuals on career choices, academic progress, and navigating professional challenges.
- Skill Development: Help mentees develop research techniques, therapeutic skills, or psychological assessment capabilities.
- Academic/Career Coaching: Assist with CV preparation, job searching, interview preparation, and navigating licensure requirements.
- Goal Setting: Help set achievable professional or educational goals.
- Ethical Guidance: Provide advice on maintaining ethical standards, professional boundaries, and confidentiality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Education: A minimum of a Master’s, and often a PhD, in psychology or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in a clinical,



academic, or professional psychological setting.
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of specific psychological theories, research methods, or clinical practices.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent listening, communication, and empathy skills

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
