- Responsibilities of the program executive

- Daily program management throughout the program life cycle
- Manage Candidate Mobilization activities
- Managing activities across projects
- Managing stakeholders’ communication
- Managing the main program documentations such as the weekly and session reports
- Manage training operations, Training Calendar and ensure programs are delivered with utmost customer focus.
- Ability to perform and deliver under pressure.
- Assume responsibility and drive ownership
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to details

Ideal candidate for the role of Program Manager will be:

- Candidate with a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in any category
- Work experience of 3-8 yrs. with at least 1-2 yrs. in similar capacity
- Flexible working hours – availability and willingness to work during weekends is mandatory
- Proven experience in program management.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Time management
