About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Operations Assistant to act as our Installation Coordinator, serving as the key link between our sales team and on-ground installers. You will own the post-sale handoff, ensure every installation is scheduled, tracked, and completed smoothly, and keep both sales and installers aligned so customers get a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the single point of contact between the sales team and installation teams once a deal is closed.
- Schedule installations, coordinate installer availability, and confirm timelines with customers.
- Track each job from booking to completion and proactively resolve delays, gaps, or conflicts.
- Communicate order details, site requirements, and any special instructions clearly to installers.
- Follow up with installers for job status, completion confirmation, and required documentation/photos.
- Update internal systems, trackers, and reports to keep everyone informed in real time.
- Handle escalations, reschedules, and last-minute changes calmly and efficiently.
- Maintain records of installations, materials used, and any customer feedback.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in operations,



coordination, scheduling, or a similar back-office role.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills (spoken and written).
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, email, and coordination/CRM tools.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple jobs at once.
- Able to work the 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM IST shift consistently.
- A problem-solver who stays composed under pressure.

Nice to Have

- Prior experience coordinating field teams, installers, or technicians.
- Exposure to logistics, service operations, or a similar industry.
