Job Description

Ganesh Plywood Industries is looking for an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and supervise daily production operations.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within deadlines.
- Monitor product quality and implement quality control measures.
- Optimize manpower, machinery, and material utilization.
- Reduce production costs and improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain production reports and inventory records.
- Ensure compliance with safety and company policies.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Maintenance, Quality, and Dispatch teams.
- Train, guide, and motivate production staff.
- Resolve production issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in production management (experience in the plywood, wood panel, furniture, or manufacturing industry preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of production planning, quality control, and inventory management.
