Astitva Systems Private Limited is looking for a detail-oriented US Accounting Executive to support our US-based accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely completion of accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
- Process invoices, payments, and customer receipts.
- Perform bank, vendor, and account reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare financial reports and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support day-to-day accounting operations.

Pay: ₹15,551.33 - ₹25,884.40 per month
