About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated TDS Executive to join our Finance &

Taxation team. The ideal candidate should possess a basic understanding of TDS

provisions, GST compliance, and accounting principles. This role is ideal for freshers

and candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are looking to build a career in

taxation, compliance, and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and file quarterly TDS returns in compliance with applicable tax laws.
- Deduct and verify TDS under relevant sections of the Income Tax Act.
- Prepare and reconcile TDS workings, challans, and ledgers.
- Monitor timely payment of TDS liabilities and ensure adherence to statutory deadlines.
- Download, verify, and issue Form 16A certificates.
- Reconcile TDS records with Form 26AS and the TRACES portal.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.).
- Perform GST reconciliations, including Input Tax Credit (ITC), purchase, and sales data.
- Maintain tax records, compliance documentation, and statutory reports.
- Prepare MIS reports related to TDS, GST, and taxation activities.




- Coordinate with clients and internal departments to obtain tax-related information and documentation.
- Assist in handling tax notices, audits, and other compliance requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, and other applicable statutory regulations.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of TDS, GST, taxation, and accounting concepts.
- Understanding of statutory compliance and tax return filing procedures.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, and Data Analysis.
- Familiarity with the TRACES and GST portals will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Internship or practical exposure in TDS, GST, taxation, accounting, or finance.
- Knowledge of Tally, ERP systems, or tax compliance software will be an added advantage.
