TravDigi, a DPIIT-recognized hotel-technology startup, is expanding across India and hiring Field Sales & Marketing Executives in multiple cities. This is a work-from-home + field role — no office reporting required. You'll work from your own city, meeting hotels in your area to onboard them onto TravDigi.

This is a purely target-based role ideal for self-driven, energetic go-getters who love fieldwork and want to be part of a fast-growing startup.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit hotels, resorts, guesthouses, and homestays in your city/region to introduce and demonstrate TravDigi
- Onboard new properties and guide them through registration
- Generate leads through field visits, local networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners and managers
- Achieve monthly onboarding and sales targets
- Represent TravDigi at local events and exhibitions when required
- Report daily field activity and progress to the Head of Sales

Requirements:

- 0–3 years of field sales, marketing,



or business development experience (freshers with strong communication welcome)
- Based in the city/region you're applying for
- Comfortable with daily field visits and local travel
- Own smartphone; two-wheeler preferred for local travel
- Fluency in the local regional language + working Hindi/English
- Self-motivated, target-driven, able to work independently without office supervision
- A go-getter attitude with strong communication skills
