Job Role: Plant Operator (Pyrolysis Plant)

● Execute day-to-day production activities as per defined Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) through regular conditional monitoring.

● Assist the DCS Operator to resolve deviations like leakages, spillages, and unsafe conditions.

● Help achieve plant production targets by actively monitoring process parameters, yield, and quality during the shift.

● Verify the quantity and quality of batch raw materials and maintain accurate records of process parameters such as weight, load cell, density, and scrubber.

● Ensure the required availability levels of utilities (steam, air, cooling water) are maintained and report any shortfalls to the superior.

● Monitor loading and unloading activities during the shift, coordinate with the QC lab for results of samples, and report them to seniors.





● Identify and report unsafe conditions to the immediate superior and rectify unsafe acts immediately.

● Promote the highest safety standards and BBS (Behaviour Based Safety) by ensuring the usage of required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) by self and contract workers.

● Maintain good housekeeping standards in the plant to ensure smooth operations.

Handle emergency situations as directed and immediately inform superiors of any deviations.

Qualifications :

● Diploma in Chemical Engineering or B.Sc in Chemistry

● Experience in high-temperature reactor operations or thermal cracking is highly preferred.

Total Experience - 2-5 Years

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
