- Conduct one-on-one and group Reformer Pilates sessions
- Ensure correct and safe use of Pilates equipment
- Design and modify workouts based on individual client goals, fitness levels, and physical limitations
- Maintain a professional, motivating, and client-focused training environment
- Monitor client progress and provide regular feedback to enhance results and retention
Qualifications
- Certified Fitness Trainer / Personal Trainer with solid hands-on training experience
- Strong interest in building a long-term career in Reformer Pilates
- Willingness to complete professional in-house Pilates training and subsequently train clients independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create a protected, engaging, and supportive coaching environment
- Additional fitness or wellness certifications will be an advantage
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
