We are looking for a responsible and proactive Airbnb Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our short-term rental properties. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless guest experience while coordinating housekeeping, maintenance, check-ins, and overall property management.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage daily operations of assigned Airbnb properties.

* Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs.

* Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

* Coordinate with housekeeping and ensure properties are cleaned before every check-in.

* Arrange and follow up on maintenance and repair work whenever required.

* Conduct regular property inspections to maintain quality standards.

* Manage inventory of essential supplies and amenities.

* Coordinate with local vendors and service providers.

* Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.





* Maintain occupancy schedules and ensure properties are guest-ready at all times.

* Share regular updates and reports with the management team.

* Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel and smartphone applications.

* Willingness to travel within the assigned city whenever required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
