Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively monitoring and diagnosing issues across various critical business system components. The role requires a dynamic approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behaviors, and ensuring smooth operation of essential applications. Collaboration with different teams to maintain system stability and responsiveness is a key part of daily activities, along with continuous efforts to enhance system performance and reliability through thorough investigation and resolution of technical challenges.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of application issues.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the implementation of system updates and patches to maintain optimal performance.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Vmware Virtualization Administration.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with AAAP (Accenture Advanced Analytics Platform).
- Robust understanding of virtualization concepts and infrastructure management.
- Ability to monitor and troubleshoot virtual environments effectively.
- Experience with performance tuning and resource allocation in virtualized systems.
- Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery processes within virtual environments.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Vmware Virtualization Administration.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
