About Soulflower

Soulflower is a leading natural and vegan beauty brand committed to creating high-quality, effective personal care products. We are looking for a passionate and relationship-driven Influencer Marketing Executive to build and manage creator partnerships and execute impactful influencer campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, onboard, and manage influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers, talent managers, and creator agencies.
- Plan, execute, and optimize influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand goals.
- Negotiate collaboration terms, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate campaign execution, including influencer briefing, product dispatch, content approvals, and publishing schedules.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on key metrics such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Ensure all influencer content adheres to Soulflower's brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, emerging creators, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate closely with the Social Media, Creative, Performance Marketing, and E-commerce teams.
- Maintain influencer databases, campaign trackers, contracts, and campaign documentation.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.




- Minimum 2 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships, or Digital Marketing.
- Prior experience in the beauty, skincare, wellness, FMCG, or D2C industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation tools.

Preferred Skills

- Fluency in Telugu (spoken and written) is mandatory to engage effectively with regional influencers and creator communities.
- Existing network of influencers and creator agencies in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and campaign analytics.
- Passion for beauty, skincare, wellness, and digital content.
