A front-line target-driven role focused on acquiring new retail or corporate banking customers, promoting liability/asset products (such as CASA and salary accounts), and cross-selling financial services.

Core Responsibilities

- Account Acquisition: Source and open current Current Accounts and Savings Accounts (CASA) or corporate salary accounts meeting quality and average monthly balance (AMB) thresholds.
- Cross-Selling: Pitch and cross-sell third-party or bank financial products including life insurance, mutual funds, credit cards, gold loans, and asset products.
- Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing connects with clients for prompt query resolution, service delivery, and deepening wallet share.
- Compliance & Risk: Strictly adhere to Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and operational risk guidelines.
- Reporting: Maintain and submit daily productivity reports and Management Information System (MIS) data to the branch manager.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
